Graduate of Tel Aviv's Nissan Nativ Acting Studio. Yoav was a member of the Herzliya Theater Ensemble, where he played in: Yerma, The Town of the Little People, Iphigenia in Aulis, Three Sisters and The Suicide. At Haifa Theater: Sea Breeze, The Creation of the World, A Night at the Mall, The Coffeehouse of the August Moon, Hostages, The Millionaire of Naples and The Swan. At the Cameri Theater: Milano. At Beit Lessin Theater: Arava Café. At Be'er Sheva Theater: Iphigenia in Aulis. Hayt also played at Orna Porat's Children and Youth Theater, The Teatronetto Monodrama Festival, The Short Theater Festival, and the "Theater Works" Group, as well as in film and television.
